Description
Jadot’s holding here is one hectare, in the middle of the vineyard. Like the other holdings, it runs from top to bottom, giving a full picture of the slope. There’s a wonderful, sweet kernel of pure red-berry fruit here – perfectly ripe strawberry. The texture underneath is intensely chalky, reflecting the limestone soil and providing freshness, focus and purity.
