Our return policy expires in 30 days. If it has been past 30 days, you can no longer receive a refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must email or call us, In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Upon arrival at the costplusliquors.com warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant a credit of up to 85% of the items value minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
Please notify us via email with any issues you are having at email@example.com. Make sure to reference your order number and allow us a 24-hour response time. Once we are in communication with you, you will be notified whether to send your package back to us.
