Our inaugural release of Blanc de Blancs offers a vibrant, refined expression of Traditional Method Russian River Valley Chardonnay. A fine, steady stream of delicate bubbles rise gracefully as aromas of fresh-cut Meyer lemon and florals burst from the glass. Rich without being full, this exquisite sparkling has bright fruit notes of tart mandarin, white peach, green apple and pear, lifted by mouth-watering acidity and wisps of sea spray and slate. The palate is beautifully soft and creamy, with hints of lightly toasted sourdough and brioche developed over more than five years ofÂ en tirageÂ aging.
