Description
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this rich and seductive red were sourced from Beck Vineyard, located in the Creston District at an elevation of 1,700 feet; small percentages of Cabernet Franc, Saint-Macaire, Petit Verdot, and Malbec were blended in. A nosing of cinnamon, wild berries, and heather leads to a sumptuous and concentrated palate of coffee-laden blackberry and notable phenolic maturity.

Trademark Paso Robles Cabernet flavors and structure: rich blackberry / black cherry / plum with notes of olive, charcoal, herbs, and spice. Silky, medium-weight tannins. Long spice box finish of vanillin-oak and creme brulee.
