Hoodoo starts as a 110-proof neutral spirit. Chicory is added to the liquor, which then ages in used whiskey barrels for eight to ten weeks. The proof is reduced and it's sweetened with cane sugar. notes of dried fruits and hints of toffee caramel that highlight a depth of bittersweet earthy spices.
