Just like its predecessor, the Connétable de Talbot is made with the utmost respect for fruit and terroir. This wine is produced with fruit from a selection of vines, aged 30 years on average, planted in Medoc gravel soil on the Left Bank of Bordeaux. ÂÂ
The Connétable de Talbot 2018 is made from a blend of 43% Cabernet Sauvignon and 57% Merlot. The wine is aged for 16 months in barrel, of which 20% is new. The Connétable of Talbot 2018 is produced in the style that has become associated with Château Talbot: an elegant and classic Saint-Julien.
