Ciroc Vodka is made from grapes selected from the Gaillac region of France. These grapes are left on the vine for an extended period of ripening and harvested at lower temperatures to help retain its pure fruit freshness and natural aromas.
Unlike grain, grapes require no heat to release fermentable sugars. Ciroc Vodka uses cold maceration, cold fermentation and cold storage processes (so far only practiced by the best producers of fine wines) still retain their distinctive freshness and extract the most flavorful combination of fruitiness.
