This is the archetypal Margaret River Cabernet. The nose is fresh and fragrant, with plenty of cassis, a hint of graphite and a lifting overtone of blackcurrant leaf. The palate is succulent and complex. Blood orange and mulberry, overlaid with spicy ginger. Bright and fresh, with very fine tannins. The balance between power and delicacy make this seriously impressive.
