Nose: Rich in aromatic notes with hints of ripe, healthy, fresh grapes with a light floral touch.
Palate: Well-balanced with a strong structure and nerve. With high quality tannins and good acidity. Fresh with generous ripe fruit character.
Pairing: High protein content foods, cheese, all kinds of meat. Strong flavour fish, like cod, as well as spicy rice dishes and pasta.
