Description
The grapes come from the vineyard "Benetzu Coloru" near Serdiana,
The vines are 30 years old. The vineyards are very calcareous. The wine only matures in stainless steel tanks. At the end of the fermentation, after a slight clarification, the refinement in underground cement tanks is continued for about 6 months. It then matures in the bottles for about 2 months before it is sold.
