Henri Bourgeois' Blanc Les Baronnes originates in the French Loire Valley.
It consists of 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested from the vineyards located in the hills that divide Chavignol from Sancerre. The soils of this area are defined by the presence of clay, limestone and plaster. The fermentation of the must takes place inside steel tanks, as well as the maturation. This phase takes place in the presence of the fine lees and lasts about 5 months.
It has a straw yellow color, at sight. Notes of exotic fruit, pineapple, grapefruit and a citrus trail. The body is full but finished with great freshness and captivating flavor. Closes in a finish of fruit and flowers.
