The Frei Brothers Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel is an exemplary expression of the varietal; well-structured, opens with notes of ripe, black cherry and raspberry jam. Rich mocha and caramel flavors meld with a touch of cedar and spice on the palate, culminating in a fruit-filled finish.
Frei Brothers has been part of the fabric of Sonoma County for over a century. After coming to California from Switerland, founder Andrew Frei first established vineyards in the Dry Creek Valley in 1890. His two sons, Walter and Louis, eventually took over and adopted the name Frei Brothers.
