The "Demoiselle" cuvée from Domaine de Fontsainte is produced from 100 year old Carignan and Grenache vines in the southernmost reaches of France, the Languedoc-Roussillon. You'll find flavors of garrigue, black olives on the nose. Lush dark fruit lingers on the palate.
