Description
A very pungent nose is presently comprised by notes of mocha wood toast earth and a mix of very ripe red and dark berries. The sleek highly energetic and utterly delicious flavors brim with both minerality and sappy dry extract that delivers sneaky good length. This is sufficiently firmly structured to require at least 12 to 15 years to arrive at its apogee though I suspect that it would be reasonably approachable after 5 to 7 years.
